Yes. “Dr. Patel and Maria Lopez will lead the session” became “Dr. Patel та Maria Lopez проведуть сесію”: the names stayed in Latin letters inside the Ukrainian. That makes a transcript easy to search for a person and to match with the English.

If the transcript will be published for Ukrainian readers, who usually see foreign names in Cyrillic, rewrite them; and remember that a name misheard in English stays misheard in the Ukrainian.

Politely, and a little literally. “Well, you know, it’s kind of a big deal” became “Ну, знаєте, це свого роду важлива подія”: polite знаєте for “you know”, “свого роду” for “kind of”, and “an important event” for “a big deal”. The tone gets more formal.
